Chase Bank

The setup of this branch is unfortunately awful. No tellers at all to help and people just wait at the front for someone to greet them. Then they offer very little help and want you to call the customer service number to try and fix the majority of your problems Not to mention because there is no tellers you cant withdraw more than $3k from the machine! Do better Chase.

What' the point of listing this location as a bank when there are no tellers? It's basically an ATM location. I guess you can talk to a lender for mortgages or loans.

Yikes! This location is wack! No counter or drive-through service??? Thats the whole reason why I bank with chase. Also the parking lot situation is a nightmare. Its impossible just to turn into the location. Engineering disaster. At least the people that work there are nice. Ill stick with my other chase locations.

I pay my rent at Chase Banks all over the country by depositing cash into my landlords account from my account and this is the first it has been a royal pain and taken 5 times longer than usual due to there being no tellers. The people were nice but the set up is aweful. It is not much more than an ATM with a person standing next to it. I hope Chase does not make this there new platform because I will switch banks.
