We recently closed on our home in Kimblewick. We were very happy with the process. Communication was exceptional and they finished our home sooner than expected which worked beautifully for us. Neighbors are friendly and location is great!

We have been in our home almost a year and are extremely pleased with the development and the responsiveness of representatives. A new home is never perfect, but any issues we had were quickly resolved. The club house and the amenities are exceptional. The communications from the Community Director and the Lifestyle Director is frequent; keeping us informed of the various activities and social functions available. Service: Home building

I would give a negative number if it was available. The quality of workmanship on our home is horrible. What is worse is the response time to make any effort for repair. We have a used sliding door on our home that Pulte refuses to replace because we did not include it on our celebration letter. What celebration? I regret buying this house and would encourage any interested purchasers to ask current homeowners about their experience.
