      image VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE. She hung up on me when I asked her a question. If she doesn't want to be there, she might want to consider a different job that doesn't consist of talking to other humans. I will definitely be contacting corporate to make a formal complaint. Just for the hell of it, I might even do a complaint with the Indiana Department of Insurance as well.
