We reached out to Pam several months ago. My father had dementia and my niece and nephew-in-law were moving in to his home in westfield for a short time and they were all going to move into a new home together.
This was a complicated issue. The kids had to sell their home in North Salem, we needed to find a newer home for the three of them, and then sell my dad's home. It was a big project.
Pam got the kids connected with a realtor in North Salem that helped them sell their home quickly. She advised us of a program that would allow them to buy a new home, pay rent until my dad's house sold and they could pay off the balance. Pam found them a fantastic home in westifled and is currently selling my dad's house. We got an offer the first weekend it was listed.
Pam is patient, persistent, a great listener, knowledgeable about the market, and she really cares about getting you into the home you want. She kept us on track and calm when we started to panic. I'm so grateful we found her.

Pam is amazing! She helped us every step of the way. She even looked into programs that were new to help us in the situation we had. She adjusted plans as our situation changed many times due to complications. You really feel like shes invested in making sure you get a home youre going to love! I had a great experience with my realtor, Jason Pearson. As a first time home buyer, he made the experience a lot less stressful. He guided me each step along the way. He was available to answer my questions and to look at the houses. It's a tough market, but I am glad I did it!
