        ATM NEVER WORKS PROPERLY HERE! Seriously Chase as it is your branches and ATMs are so scarce these days thanks to the pull out from Walgreens can't you make sure the ones that are still around work properly. Time to find new bank I guess.

        Went to open checking and savings for my son and Jennifer was really helpful and thorough in explaining different options available. She was super friendly and patient, even when we couldnt access account information on cell phone and then her computer. Was there for about an hour and 15 minutes but she made it feel less than that. I myself never go into a branch anymore but she helped make the experience an enjoyable one.
