We had the best experience at this bank. Donna was exceptional. She helped us navigate a difficult situation. Her banking knowledge and experience were evident. Donna and Bianca (the teller), made us feel feel valued as customers. They are very customer focused. If I were to remain in the Whiting area, this would be my bank.

This bank is garbage! They're rude, they charge excessive overdraft fees, then they act as if you're committing a crime every time you withdraw your own money! Stay away from this place!

They are usually quick, always professional, and they give doggie treats! Wish they would clean the screen for the drive-thru, though.
