This place is horrible trying to keep supplies for my mom's vent . The trach techs quit and don't inform you who the new one is so you can have contact info. Just wish someplace else was closer and better

Do not go to place for your cpap machine/equipment. They bring you in for about 15 minutes and send you out. They do not explain anything! I had problems with the equipment and was told to call an 800 number for replacement parts. Never got parts and then got denied for non compliance because I didn't have working equipment. Now I have to start over.

This office staff is very unprofessional it starts at the receptionist Michelle she does not forward messages or perform any type of acceptable customer service. Very rude . Next is Brian he doesn't do his job either followed by Eric the office manager does not seem to care when this is pointed out . So I guess the problem is management.

Hooks is a fantastic name for them, that's exactly what they'll do to you. My dad told their salesman he didn't want any equipment Medicare wouldn't pay for, he took advantage of an 85 y/o man that can't read and got him to take a bunch of equipment he didnt need. The kicker is not only do they soak Medicare for the stuff, they started sending a bill for additional rental to someone who gets $1300 a month in SS benefits. Get your stuff ANYWHERE else. Cheats!
