Staff was very kind! The beds were cozy, it was a perfect 3 night stay for my family of 5. We did enjoy the free breakfast daily, the kids loved the waffles.

The PET DEPOSIT FEE is $150 per stay (not per night) and our room did not smell like pet, thank God.
Nice rooms.
I Did not utilize the pool,
I did not partake in breakfast, so I cannot review it. However, I recommend The Grove Cafe located downtown for breakfast.

I checked in on the app but I knew from staying here two weeks ago that I would need a key for the lights to work. Went to the front desk for a key and she wouldnt allow me to use my mobile app key as proof which was inconvenient but fine. I came back down later for more towels as I realized there were only 2 in the room. I went down and Makayla said there were no towels in the whole hotel. Not even wash cloths. I would have to wait until the next day! The sofa bed comforter had food on it. I went back down for a comforter and pillows and I was told they probably dont have a comforter. I insisted she check because we need something to sleep with. Surprise, she found one. When I pulled out the sofa bed it had no sheets and I refused to go speak to Makayla again so I used blanket off the bed comforter and discovered the other comforter had stains on it. When i stayed here 2 weeks ago I got extra towels, the sofa bed had sheets and a clean comforter. Not sure how the ball was dropped in just 2 weeks but Makayla did not make it any easier. She was quite rude. I went down the next morning and asked for towels and the new person at the front desk said they always have towels and extra linen and that Makayla had lied to me. These hotels charge too much not to have a clean room or enough towels. I do feel Makayla was intentionally being unhelpful. I do not recommend and will not be staying here when I have to come back in 2 weeks. I have photos but never receive a hotel survey from this location.
Rooms: Rooms are sizable. Tvs are in a weird spot.
Safety: Safe location
