Decent business but do not work for them, they overwork you and the foreman’s nor Ryan the manager/managers show any appreciation for their employees hard gritty work day in and day out. They will lie to you in the interview and tell you work hours are 6-3 and no work in the rain but yet in a 2 week period I got off work at 3 or before TWICE, when it rains you do work so don’t get fooled there either, also doesn’t matter how windy it is any day they will work you on a 4 story roof with 40mph laying down light weighted materials that could easily blow you off the roof at any second. If you love terrible work conditions and never want to hear 1 thank you or nice work from your foreman or manager this is the place for you @ CENTRAL STATES ROOFING.
