Would use TMJ and recommend them again and again and again. We had a huge and unique project with our roof replacement and various other needs and TMJ took it on without hesitation, got creative, brought in as many people as it took, reached out and utilized other resources as needed, was very responsive, kind and helpful and did literally whatever it took to get the job done and done well! We were very impressed with the crews - they all did great work, cleaned up like nothing happened and were professional. I had to get my roof replaced and some structural damage repaired from the derecho storm last year. They were professional and responsive and did a great job when they worked on it last fall when things were really busy for all local contractors. This spring I noticed a piece of soffit work that was missed when they did the original repairs. What impressed me is when I contacted them seven months after they had done the initial project they immediately agreed they had accidentally missed the soffit piece and got a team out to complete it in a couple days. I can’t say enough about how good our experience has been with TMJ Construction. They were prompt and complete with the bid and stuck to the timeline they gave us for installation. Their crew showed up early and took good care not to damage the landscaping around the house. The job went quick and their clean-up was excellent. The new roof looks great and we’re very pleased. I’ve been working with Mike from TMJ since last August to repair our roof and siding that was damaged in the derecho as well as add gutters to the house. They have been great to work with and communication about timelines and work plans were excellent. Their crews (sub-contractors) all did an excellent job and seem to have a great relationship with TMJ. We did have a few issues to work through on the siding which were handled quickly and professionally. Will certainly use TMJ in the future!
