I have a scheduled delivery that was notified before noon Feb 15, 2024. I carefully woke up at 8 am and check on my apartment's door and at 8 am I haven't seen any "missing tag" yet. I wait until noon and at noon when I went outside I saw a "We missed you" tag and the next delivery date would be Feb 15. I was shocked because I haven't heard any knocked door or ring sound (We have a door bell outside our apartment), and similarly my two other roommates didn't hear any signals either. It's not the first time Fedex delivery men did the job like this. I wonder if that case happened, why couldn't they call me on phone, or even make a "knock knock" at the door so I could hear that and get the shipped packages, instead of waiting for 1 more day? I am really really frustrate with the FedEx service in Ames Iowa.
