as an old man i need the nose hairs and ear hairs done cause i can not see very well , i was a bit nervous but the ladies answered all my questions and very helpfull and polite , thank you

I had been wanting to experience reflexology for a few years.  When I found this spa and they offered it, I was beyond excited.  The explanation of reflexology was firm pressure concentrating on specific pressure points to release energy blockage in the body...perfect!When I got into the room, I asked the "expert" if she was certified in reflexology.  She said no, that it was just one of the classes when you go to massage training.  I should have left at that time.  I talked about the pressure points and she said she doesn't do that because it can be painful.  I decided to see what she did, since my granddaughter was in the other room having a massage.  My reflexology was an hour long foot rub.........that was it........a foot rub.......no deep pressure, no pressure points.  I was very disillusioned and felt taken.  It was false advertising - and they had no problem taking my money!  Poor business ethics!  I was taken and wish I had refused the treatment!  Expensive lesson learned for my 70th birthday!!!

Awesome service in town!!! I love Cassandra - she does an excellent job with waxing, facials etc. Her waxing services are super fast that you don't even realize any pain. You need not remind her of your preferred eyebrows shape etc . she remembers this all the time. All the staff get very busy during the holidays, so its a must to get on to their calendars on time. As always Sheryl and Cassandra rock!!! Love you guys

My lash fill was gorgeous, exactly how i like them, but they didn't last at all. I've only had them for a week and they look exactly the same as they did before my fill. The website said it was $30 for a fill, but i was not informed they charge in 15 minute incriminates. So I ended up paying over double than what I was told I would be paying. I am disappointed that they were not upfront with the payment details. Really friendly staff though.
