        Overall a decent apartment at a low cost with a great location. Down a few blocks from the Bars and Campus. Only gripe was the winter. Window wasn't secured properly so wind/cold would get in, room was freezing throughout winter. Called Maintenance about it a few times but issue was never resolved, weather tape helped a bit.
