      image I will be living at The Grove next year and I truly believe they are the best apartments for college students in Ames. It is a good distance from campus, has amazing customer service, and is always finding ways to keep residents involved.

      image I absolutely love living here. Within 4 weeks of living here, I resigned my lease for the next year. It was a very easy decision as The Grove is close to campus, has great apartment layouts that are modern and functional. It is also a great amount of amenities for what I pay! I highly recommend!

I ran into some technical issues when applying, and someone helped get me through it over the phone. I am also super excited to live in such a welcoming community that is still close to Jack Trice!
