Walking through the front lobby reeked of cigarette smoke! Otherwise a clean comfortable place to stay.

If you forget an item you will not get it back. After seeing another person put a review for a lost item I decided to put my own review. Left an expensive pillow there on accident with an obvious green satin cover. All their pillows are white. I called 2 hours after checkout and it was nowhere to be found. I considered going in person to reiterate the concept of cameras and seeing me take in the pillow but not leaving with it via cameras. Surely their housekeeping saw the pillow on the bed when changing the sheets. Or never changed the bed sheets and the next visitors wanted a new pillow. I never leave bad reviews but this pillow was expensive and was needed for my neck post car accident. Figure out whos taking items that dont belong to them please. Or create a better lost and found operation. Someone is taking one persons forgetfulness as unethical, personal opportunity.

From the moment you walk through the doors until you check out, the hospitality is incredible! Rooms are spacious, clean and fully stocked. Beds are comfortable. We were there for a large event and many participants were on our floor. Despite the hotel being full, there were no noise issues at all - surprising because a lot of hotels are noisy. Every morning we had a complimentary hot breakfast that was fully stocked with a great variety. We were welcomed every morning to staff who genuinely cared about our needs. Downtown area is within a block - many eating places. We didnt get the chance to use the swimming pool or workout facility. I would recommend and return!
