Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cedar Falls, IA

Very nice and updated. Great rooms, staff was helpful and friendly. This is not a 5 because the eggs and sausage were cold. I have been finding this alot while traveling. They put too much food out at once and it gets cold and old-looking. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

Excellent service. Ive booked this place a couple of times for employees staying in the area. A lot of hotels force you to do a CC authorization which can take hours as they take their time sending it. I can just call this place up, pay for the room and give my employees name. Thanks for making it easy!

No major complaints just a couple small ones. When we checked in AJ clearly was about to end his shift so he was quick to get us checked in he didn't bother to give us directions to our roo. and was quick to go through the pool hours and the breakfast times. The floors are thin and you could hear the person above us walk back and forth almost all night. Will be back in the area in a couple weeks and will probably stay here again.

Updated rooms and nive breakfast area. They need to repair the hot tub. Tiles are coming off and the jets dont work right. But other than that its a nice stay.
