My husband & I used this company to replace our roof. We thought they did a great job. They replaced our house, garage & shed roof in 1 day. Crew were polite & did great job cleaning up. We had no issues working with this company & would recommend them.

Nyles made the whole process of getting a new roof easy. He took care of all the insurance paper work. The roof looks great and the workers were all professional.

I wish Google would let me give them 0 stars but, alas, they get one from me. We had Nyles and Erik replace our roof and siding after a storm. They did all of the normal terrible stuff: they no called and no showed on appointments, lied about timelines, hired subs who did absolutely terrible work, and took no ownership of it, they neglected to pull a building permit, and they were borderline illiterate when trying to invoice or provide the proper insurance paperwork and documentation. Months after they stopped returning our calls with work still left not finished, we started to receive paperwork from law firms representing subcontractors and material manufacturers who were attempting to place liens on our property because Nyles had neglected to pay them, which took us a lot of time and effort to straighten out. Now on to the weird stuff: throughout our difficulties in just trying to get a schedule, an explanation of where our money went, or really any information from Nyles and Erik, Nyles would go into an angry, aggressive spiral. We have MANY texts from him threatening to show up at our property when we least expected it, with torches and pitchforks. He sent most of these to my wife, some of them on weekends at close to 2 in the morning. It was completely bizarre and made us all uncomfortable. He also completely belittled his staff and subs, and every time we had an issue he called whoever was under him a criminal. He takes ownership of absolutely nothing. Another weird thing: the high ratings and quotes on the Oak Ridge website are all fakeits not even a good attempt at faking it. Im sure there are some laws about false advertising, and Im also sure Nyles has no regard for them. This is also the 4th or 5th roofing company that he has started after the previous ones flamed out or got into legal trouble. If you want some further good reading, you can go down some rabbit holes of other stuff that Nyles has posted online. Wild stuff! This industry is hard enough to deal with as is, but Oak Ridge, and Nyles specifically, are the absolute bottom of the barrel. Dont spend any time, money, or small shred of your thoughts on these guys.
