        I had called to get an estimate for a door replacement. I was booked with an estimate. The tech was late. He sent a text advising he would call tomorrow to reschedule. Never did. I then called the office to inquire about why this happened and if this is was typical service. I was advised he was out ill. He should be better now and they would call back to reschedule again. No one returned that call. I called again to give them the opportunity of my business and discuss the issues. Still not a call back. When called to ask for office manager she was also not available but I wouldnt wait to not be helped again. I would not recommend this service. I believe in supporting local but if This is how service is I would rather go elsewhere. I cant say how the quality of work is because I cant even get a phone call back.
