        Waiting for over an hour to be seen!! I cant stop coughing and so embarrassed to be coughing in public since Covid!! This is why I waited so long to get this checked out, which I am sure it pneumonia by now and have no other choice but to wait, unless I want to end up in hospital!! I cannot do that! I am so frustrated right now!! I cannot say that I am at all happy or pleased with this place!! I do understand busy and healthcare for I am a provider also!! I just cannot believe how slow things are going at this point!! Not happy at all!!!

        Never got seen. Hard to feel welcomed into a place when you don't even reach the counter and the receptionist is calling to see if they're still seeing people. They close at 10pm, I walked in at 8pm. Her first words to me was "its going to be an hour and a half to an hour and 45 min wait but I can get you on the schedule." Not very welcoming or friendly.
