Infuriating system. Just want to ask a human what time their shuttle starts running before I book. The bot insisted that I answer them when and for how many nights. Utterly stupid. I wasnt going to book unless your shuttle meets my need. I lose confidence in Wyndham.

We had a great stay at AmericInn by Wyndham Des Moines Airport. It's right across the street from the airport and includes complimentary shuttle service. The manager, Crystal, was particularly wonderful. She was very welcoming and kind and made sure we had spaces to park our car during our vacation. She gave restaurant recommendations and answered questions we had with patience and ease. I would hands down stay at this hotel again, largely in part to my experience with her. I have been in business for 20+ years and I have high expectations when it comes to customer service, so I feel I can confidently say that she "gets it." It's hard to find hard working, personable employees who fit the bill these days. Might want to consider promoting her or having her teach some courses to new employees on how to do customer service well and guarantee repeat customers :)

Awesome staff, clean, and very spacious, quite and comfortable.. Devonte on the night shift personally helped me set up my electronics. Hard workin dude. Thanks man, you made my stay even better.

This is very Nice Hotel , clean with friendly staff ( Jaya super help ) , good price ,free shuttle to airport. Everything great , enjoy stay 4 nights here in Des Moines , will come back soon
