They overcharged me. The technician cleaned the washing machine drain, and asked me if there's any other drains I want them to clean and said "It'll be much cheaper to have multiple drains cleaned at once." So, I asked them to clean 2 more drains. All the work took 15 minutes. The technician came to me later and said I owe them $420. $135 per EACH DRAINS. I asked for the invoice which took two days. It said $135 for one drain and $125 each for additional pipes. I asked my friend to call them later to get a quote for the same situation I had, they quoted him around $200. $135 for one drain and $40 per additional pipes. he asked them if there's any scenario that they'll charge more for additional pipes. the receptionist said "NO" I'm clearly overcharged so I called them. But the reception lady was very offensive about it, which I'm not surprised. I can't help thinking that they took advantage of me because I'm a young Asian woman. shame on you. The technician's name was Matt. Avoid him or this company.

Two major misrepresentations in this company's name 1st - about their affordability ,2nd - about cleaning drains. Wanted $800 for plugging their sump pump into my electric and running it for 3 hours to drain a 25' long inground pool, (while they'd be doing another job elsewhere). After that, $200 per hour to pressure wash the sides to the level of the sludge that they assumed would be on the floor of the pool. :"And we will not shovel the sludge. You can do it yourself". As for the drain, they would not clean it either. Because the pool has had standing water in it for several years, "it would be a mess" and they would not know how to clean the drain, "because there are various kinds of pools", and their expertise is apparently limited to using sump pumps to drain commercial pools. The owner is rude and condescending.. Does not know how to talk to customers. When I asked him whether he could come up with a more appropriate form of address than "honey", he screamed: "Go find someone else". He screamed throughout the entire conversation.
