Booked a suite here on Expedia for 3 people for a visit to the University of Iowa. At noon was told room available at 4:00. At 4:00 got a room that only slept 2 people was told they were booked was nothing they could do, not even a rollaway bed. When we asked to speak with a manager was told none were available and if we didnt leave they would call the police. Front desk person was very rude we did nothing except expect a room that slept all 3 people on the reservation. Ended up at another hotel. Lots of hotels in Iowa city to choose from will be avoiding all Graduate hotels on future college tours.
