Great place to live! New modern apartments with plenty of space & rent isn't too high. Love the online capabilities to pay rent and/or request maintenance when needed. Definitely recommend!

I lived here for nearly 5 years, moved out in July of 2021. Until the last year, I truly loved living here. This was a beautiful complex, near my childs school and easy access to the highway for work. Once the old property manager left, it went completely downhill. The first 6 months, they couldn't keep a manager and you could never get ahold of anyone for anything. They eventually sold the complex to a new management company. The first "onsite" property manager was horridness. She was never there, never answered the phone and when she would finally email you back weeks later, it was always blaming the old management company for the issues (such as they lost the eyes, didn't give codes, didn't provide list of residents, etc) yes she would tell me this stuff. We had a broken door knob for MONTHS, she kept insisting it was on back order or was delivered to the wrong location. Then one day she was just gone, again no one was available. Prior to her leaving, I renewed my lease. Not only did she improperly sign me up for a 13 month lease, she insisted IN EMAIL that all my terms and conditions of my original lease (with the one management company) remained the same. Never once did she provide me with new lease terms. Another benefit they offered was a free gym membership. After several months, I received an email stating it was an error and I should not have been offered this. After much argument, because again it was all in email. They agreed to let me keep it. Each month my rental statement was incorrect. Not only was my rent amount always incorrect, they continued to always try to charge me for the gym membership. Each month, it took at least a week of going back and forth to have this corrected. In July 2021, I purchased a home. My lease was up in August. I promptly put in my 30 days notice; technically I gave 45 days notice. I moved out 10 days early and my apartment was spotless and I have photos to prove this. Shortly after that, I received my final statement that of course included the gym membership fee, even though we would have this discussion EACH MONTH. Not only that but they included a $2500 fee. Now, since I moved out early I assumed I may have had to pay the last months rent, which was expected and my deposit should have covered majority of it. I reached out to them immediately, where they informed to tell me THEIR rental agreement requires a 60 day cancellation notice AND they charge a $2500 cancellation fee ON TOP OF KEEPING THE DEPOSIT. Not only did I never receive their rental terms (the new management company), I had an email from their office manager at the time of renewal that my previous terms and conditions were the same, which only required a 30 day notice and no cancellation fee. On top of that they had someone in the apartment within the week (which I have proof of.) When I put in my notice, they did not say anything to me about the 60 days or cancellation fees. I spent several months going back and forth with them (when I could get someone on the phone). Sent them all of my supporting documentation because I keep everything (if its not in writing it didn't happen.) It was passed up to their corporate office, after following up several times and emailing everything to them, I never heard back so I gave up. 18 months later, they sent me to collections and are now trying to charge me additional fees. End of the day, this complex is beautiful and I enjoyed living there for nearly 5 years. I only moved because I purchased a house. You will have your normal apartment issues with crummy neighbors at times but to me that's expected at any apartment. If this complex is still under the same management, good luck getting a hold of anyone. Also, READ your contract and make sure they put it all in writing or they will attempt to screw you in the end.

Decent apartment. Decent complex. However, contacting management can be very difficult and do not be surprised if you don't hear back from a property manager about inquiries. Must be self-sufficient. Update: It took talking to nearly 5 different staff members across different locations to figure out how to get us moved out. We were given conflicting/incorrect information several times until finally someone was able to assist us. We were feeling good about the "solution" until this week. We were told that we had two rent payments left and then we wouldn't have to work together ever again. However, when I logged into the system to pay that second rent payment, there was no charge. It's taken over a week to resolve that and in the meantime of it being resolved, my account was deleted from their system. Do not expect timely responses. Do not expect accurate information. Get everything in writing. Ultimately, save yourself the headache and find another rental company.
