      Thank you for the feedback. A plumber would’ve visited your home for our $75.00 diagnostic, confirmed what was leaking, and quoted you a price to complete the work. You agreed on the work and the price, so the plumber did the work the same day for just the price you discussed plus sales tax. The original $75.00 diagnostic just went away.       image Would be great but I got charged for an hour and a half of time even though the time between me getting the call that the tech was heading over and the tech leaving was less than an hour. Unfortunately it's basically the only emergency plumber with staff in CR. Don't use them if you can help it, but if you need to, what are you gonna do?

      Thank you for the feedback. Here are our notes for the overtime service call:Customer reported the unit above is leaking into the unit below. They own the duplex and have tried turning water off to the fixtures.The cold shut-off/stop valve for the lavatory faucet and the shut-off/stop valve for the toilet were leaking on the floor; repacked stems on the shut-off/stop valves, ran water for 10 minutes and nothing leaked.The plumber came out during January’s freezing temperatures and repaired the leaks without having to open the wall. The plumber tried to be fair on price instead of quoting you our overtime flat rate price to repair leaking valves. He charged you from the time he left his home in Marion to the time he returned home. Please give our office a call at 319-377-2809 if you have questions.
