Sidewalk is dangerous for people using a walker or wheelchair

Great place to live it's one big family

This is a HUD subsidized senior housing facility.

I lived here for three years and loved it. The property is kept up well, quiet, and theres a great community of folks who live here.

Terrible apartments, and terrible management.

Friendly staff, nice apartments, pet friendly too.

Slum lord allow rats and bats. City does nothing. Residence force to move out if you complain to the city.

Very Quiet place to live

Shadow ridge is the WORST! The trash basically never gets taken out!

Water turns orange, run down, loud neighbors, and now no warm water

Can't say much. Can't even get them to call me back. Have called and left 3 or 4 messages now.

The management and staff of this residence are very rude and unhelpful.
