Avoid this company!!! We ordered windows 2 YEARS ago they finally got them after one year. Then broke the frame of one getting it in. They said they would replace it. They sent us a bill, we called back and said we are still waiting for a replacement. They ordered another window only, no frame and brought that out. Then they had to order another frame. It look 1 YEAR and 363 days to complete our 5 windows. They didn't offer a discount. They are worthless, rude, incompetent and don't care if their costumers are satisfied. Service: Custom windows

We recently had Ideal do a siding job for us, a ranch style house, (snout house) if you will. The colors look amazing, we feel the quality is good, (time will tell with storms and wind). Communication was lacking, and clean up wasnt the best. Found a lot (at least 200) nails on the ground after the crew left. We have called a couple of times to have them pick up the leftover siding, job has been done for over a week. Hopefully customer service will be good if we need anything in the future.
