        Me and my boyfriend booked a room at 5 am and they kicked us out four hours later after spending 98 dollars . The man at 5 am work desk told us we'd stay until sunday at 11 . Rude wake up call. Terrible service. Why lie like that ?

        Rooms are nice. Prices are terribly different thru third parties. They made me pay 150$ for a night when they expedia it was less than 100$. The lady at the front desk didnt even bother to tell me that I could get it cheaper thru a third party agency or something like that. SHE DID RUN MY DEBIT CARD TWICE AND HELD MY MONEY FOR 5 DAYS, THEY DIDNT WANT TO SOLVE MY ISSUE AT ALL UNTIL I MENTIONED I WOULD CALL THE POLICE, THEN MISTERIOUSLY SHE MENTIONED THAT SHE COULD TALK TO HER MANAGER. THEY DID NOT HAVE MY AUTHORIZATION TO HOLD THAT EXTRA AMOUNT. IT WAS NOT PREVIOUSLY AGREED ON. I HAD A HARD TIME FIGURING THIS OUT AND ANSWERS BACK FROM THEM WERE POOR. hotel is good, service is bad. I wouldnt recommend it.
