        This Burger King in Mason City is the worst customer service. I have ever had every single day. I sit in the drive through for at least 15 minutes. Not being helped when there's no cars in the drive through and no people in the lobby. They're always short staff. They make people way way way too long to be a fast food restaurant. I do not expect anybody to go to this burger, king

        I've always had decent food from this Burger King in Mason City. I ordered the Whopper w/cheese. It was the nastiest tasting Whopper I have ever had.
