Lobby was closed (but no sign), very extended wait at the drive thru and when I finally get my food, they pack the wrong order in my bag ( with the correct receipt under the wrong food). Strike 1, 2 & 3 all in one visit. Won't be back to this location.

Showed up to order food waited in drive thru for 15 minutes the crew was outside smoking came over to our car and said we are closed it was only 7:20pm

There is a mildew flavor in the soda. They need to clean the supply lines that go from the syrup boxes to the soda machines. That is my only complaint, everything else is amazing.

Not sure what the what was going on at this TACO John's location! As we entered the Drive-thru, the attending asked us to please wait. It was a while, longer than 5 minutes. We engaged again, and they said, "we're sorry but could we please continue to wait?" When we finally did order, it went well. We did have to wait a while for our food after we paid. Not sure why a cheese quesadilla had that spicy cheese sauce on it, but it was impossible to eat and didn't hit the mark. My wife's Taco John burger was good, though. This location is pretty remote. It's likely tough to get folks to work here. However, since this should be known as a locality challenge, those who own the location could do more to preserve professional staff and avoid the obstacles. It needs work out in rural Iowa team!
