Wife went thru drive thru and she got home from first trip they had missed her sandwich and the fries were ready cold she went back to get sandwich and she requested hot food to replace what was ordered and they refused so will never go to this place again I will drive the 12 miles to Blair for Runza the food is alway hot at Runza and has a way better taste

There was approximately 10 groups of people in line at the lunch hour and only one register open to take orders. Very slow.

Atmosphere was nice and a lot of people inside. However, when hearing that you had to use a Kiosk to order, I left. I still love ordering from an actual person...not ready for a machine type relationship when dining.

I stopped to get an iced coffee and when I went to pay the cashier said I ordered a large black coffee. When I politely clarified, it was very obvious that she was bothered. In the second window the girl handed me a black coffee. Once again I clarified that it was a carmel iced coffee and this girl was equally if not more rude, as she even rolled her eyes. I am shocked by how unprofessional these ladies were over a simple coffee. On other occasions I have had similar experiences with staff being rude, which is why I am taking the time to write a negative review. I truly hope that management does something about the lack of customer service. Its unfortunate that I left feeling awful over a drink.

We are over the road truck drivers I've never been to so many bad McDonald's in all my life all this food is always cold they always messed the order of the kids are either in their making 16 $17 an hour in playing on their phones all day and then they get disgusted with you because you asked for a pack of ketchup I'm sorry but they need to shut all these businesses down and let's start of something new McDonald's is old it's time for something new
