First time in long time got hot fresh fries, but when I bit into cheeseburger the was barely Luke warm and chicken nuggest were reheated and not fresh. Just gets old knowing they precooked food and just think warming it up is ok for the amount of money u pay for fresh cooked food.

This place is a joke. Sat in the drive-thru at the order screen/speaker and three other vehicles in the other lane (that we were in line before) they took their orders first. I understand they are busy and probably short staffed. But the point of two lines is to alternate order stations, keeping each line moving. We didnt move a car length in 15 minutes after we ordered.

We ordered 2 chocolate shakes today through the drive throughfirst, no one pays attention to other drivers in the drive through. Second, and most importantly, we got thick chocolate milkNOT a shake. The worker looked at me and saidour ice cream machine has been doing this. Sorry. Seriously?!? Take it out of service & fix the compressor! Not impressed.

Very slow when busy. Other wise it'd usually clean and nice. Theres 2 drive thrus now so it makes it easier

Got the orders for 4 people right and it was super quick. Strawberry shake wasn't available but they let us know right away and gave us replacement options. Burgers were warm and the fries were crispy.
