        I called them 2 weeks ago for a water heater in a rental they repaced $1200. I called them for another rental with no hot water on Saturday afternoon and as of now on Monday 4pm have yet to get a call back. Guess I'll have someone else take my money.

        Had a water line break on a weekend. Matt was there within an hour of calling and got the job done well. Their pricing was more than fair for an emergency call on a weekend. I was expecting the bill to be much worse.

        They know what they are doing and do it right! They got my water heater replaced within two days of me calling. The only reason they are 4 stars and not 5 is because they don't have an online pay system.
