        Customer service in the bank is good. The bank polices and spending limits on a checking account is unrealistic. My card is shut off often. Leaving this bank after 4 months.

        After my wife and I having multiple accounts in good standing for multiple years Community state bank still doesn't trust us. We deposit a check no matter how large it is they will always place a hold on it. They will remove money instantly but if want to deposit something you have to wait days. I think it's time for a new bank with better service. This is on the waukee location because that is where my most recent visit was. They are all the same though.
