People with disabilities can't comprehend what they read sometimes. When some one calls to get the help they need. A team member never explained all what needed to be explained. Now I dont have the service that I need. Because they don't wanna work with you because you were 1 week past the dead time. Willing to pay on the services while on short term disability. So sad and careless to us people. They won't even take the pay. Make sure you get all you need in detail.

Local atm at hyvee malfunctioned and took 40 dollars in cash from me instead of depositing it into my account. I have receipt from machine to prove that there was an error. Staff member at this bank didn't reimburse me my money and treated me like I was a liar trying to scam their own money instead. Completely unsympathetic. Had me fill out a sheet of paper so they could sent a technician to the machine to make sure there really was a discrepancy. They never bothered to follow through and I'm still without my money. Glad I do not bank here and would never use an atm associated with this company again.

I have been very satisfied with our service at Midwest Heritage Bank. We have personal and business accounts as well as personal and business insurance with them and they have always gone out of their way to help me get things set up, answer questions. I don't know how business owners can work with big banks and get things done. Any bank will have it's issues with electronic services but they always get any issue I have resolved quickly and professionally. They are simply the best bank for us to work with!

Takes forever to get things processed and Ive called multiple time this week before going into work to be met with a voicemail, at noon, like come on
Very disappointing and having a hard time reasoning staying with MWH over X, Y, or Z

Customer service and communication lacking. Seriously gone down hill over the years. Definitely dont place your business account here.
