        Just bought flowers here and Anna Young the manager was very rude. My brother and I bought two dozens of roses for my mom and she didn't give any options for greenery. She was training a lady who was more willing to help but she was just assuming we didn't want more add ons. Anna even mentioned to Yolanda (trainee), after Yolanda asked to fix them for us "no, no greenery because that costs more for labor." Was really irritating and I should of said something but Yolanda was doing what Anna was saying. I didn't feel like spending more after how pretentious and rude she was with us. On top of that it was a training moment and it should have definitely gone different. You don't just assume what people want. You are friendly and you ask questions that is how more business is done. Also how people come back.Hyvee it self is definitely a five star. The flower store however definitely needs improvement on customer service.
