        While it was a huge error. I will say I appreciate that Tom personally took the time to call several times, to apologize and to make the correction. I understand that mistakes happen. I understand that some employees dont always handle things professionally. The flowers had they been delivered to the funeral, I have no doubt they would have been exquisite as they do such great quality work. This is why i chose them in the 1st place.
