TownePlace Suites by Marriott Des Moines West/Jordan Creek

Rooms: The rooms are really nice they have a workspace desk. Fold-out couch. Big closets. Washer and dryer is only four quarters. That's awesome. Nearby activities: Dave & Buster's, Jordan Creek Mall, cheesecake factory. Safety: Security guards patrol the mall across the street. Walkability: Walkability to the Jordan Creek Mall, Dave & Buster's, The cheesecake factory.

Worst customer service ever !! Staff rude Will never stay there again Chip was rude !!! I agree with other reviews Ive seen.here about chip and I agree Chip, you suck!!! Wish I had read reviews before booking We have filed a claim with bonvoy against Mr chip

I stayed at this location March 6, 2024. This is not a great Marriott property. I believe I waited at the front desk for 25 minutes to check in. I called, no answer and just had to wait until the clerk finally arrived. That's a bad first impression for the hospitality industry. The room was decent except for the old, used bar of soap left in the shower, along with the shower gel missing. I probably wouldn't gripe about the small things if I was greeted promptly after a long day of travel. Not going to book this location again. Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants nearby

We reserved the wrong room an hotel management wouldnt help even though they had the rooms available. Wanted it to be special for Anniversary. Room was filthy( counters, floors, bathroom),pillows dirty, pillows were flat, tub didnt drain, no Kleenexs, dirt all over doors and walls, and smelled like fish. Last time we stayed it was wonderful and clean. Wondering if under new management. Walkability: Mall nearby
