Very poor customer service front desk workers need to be better trained rooms are untidy

Clean and inviting facility. Designed for the business crowd but would work well for leisure travel as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Has a fitness center and a small convenience store on site. Was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. Continental breakfast in the mornings. Would recommend. Walkability: Many restaurants/bars within a five minute walk.

It's nice they have an outdoor fireplace. An indoor one in the lobby. And Jordan Creek Mall is right across the street. And the cinema.
