Would never use their agents for buying or selling a house. The one I used to purchase a house never followed up after moving in to see how things were going. This agent was only worried about the commission check. I told the agent about an issue I had found that was a big miss about the inspection of the property and the agent wanted to point fingers and send me down a rabbit tunnel, which I knew the agent was just trying to get rid of me. I have 19 years of mortgage experience, and I knew the agent was just dodging me.
