        TERRIBLE BED BUGS AND CIGARETTE SMOKE

        The whole building is a wreck and wreaks of cigarette smoke. They have the largest bed bug infestation Ive ever witnessed. I had the displeasure of speaking with Sandy (the person who runs the place) and lets just say shes a rude uncaring person. They havent had heat in the building for over a month. Residents are being told it will be fixed this week for the past month. Residents are still being forced to pay the full amount of rent even though they have no heat. This place is a joke and I wish Abilene had better places for people to live so they didnt have to survive like this.
