Rooms need a little work with remodeling. Management was great and liked the service
Walkability: There's stuff around if you need to get something to eat.

Very clean rooms, service is amazing and if you any issues with the room or something was forgot the housekeeper and managers are very accommodating and try to make it as comfortable for you as possible! Only place I choose to stay at in Abilene ks. The location is nice with the restaurant, donut shop and kwik shop right across the street and the other stores in walking distance.
Rooms: A little rough around the edges, but can't beat the cleanliness and come on it's an older motel and the cost is very reasonable considering!!!
Walkability: In walking distance from a lot of different businesses..

Nice place to stay. Management is great and caring. Shelly and Ben are great to their guest and do what they can to make them feel welcomed. They feel like family to me

I stay every time I have to be in the area. The manager,Shelly and her husband Ben, are amazing and will bend over backwards for you.
