        I called Tim late in the evening on a Friday, he didn't answer (which I expected). What I didn't expect was he responded to my message very quickly, even when I left it late (after 7pm on a friday). He tried to help me for free over the phone. We decided a visit was best. He was able to get me in quick, and fixed the issue. Yet another reason we love locally owned businesses.

        Our heater had gone out so we called Tim (the air guy) because its small and local and he came out on on a Sunday on Halloween and took a look at it unfortunately it was best to replace the whole heater so we went ahead and replaced the heater and ac without breaking the bank. Tim was very good at what he did and did not take his time to get it up and running. 10/10 would highly recommend.
