We had a flood in our kitchen due to a pipe break in the wall. Fortunately for me, I was referred to First Response Restoration. The owner, David, met at the property and gave an estimate to put the kitchen back together. David communicated directly with my insurance company and assisted me in getting paid for the work being completed. First Response Restoration was outstanding in every way, including the subcontractors, who had excellent craftsmanship from customer cabinet making and granite installation. The building supervisor for our project was Brad. He stayed on top of everything and communicated every step along the way. All the employees working on this project were kind, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I recommend First Response Restoration for all your remodeling needs. These people are professionals. They were referred to me by Chris at Power Dry, water remediation company. Jay came out and inspected the water damage. Then sent the project manager, Brad, out to give me a timeline to make repairs. Angel, the man doing the physical work of making the repair, did a fantastic job. Patched the sheet rock and refinished the complete knockdown ceiling. I am very happy with the completed work and highly recommend this company. Thank you, First Response!!!
