No call no show two days in a row. Didn't show for my first estimated appointment time. I called Matt two hours after and was told it was due to a flat tire. I understand things happen, but no call or text to let me know is poor customer service. Rescheduled for the following day with a two hour window. No call no show again. I called two days later to ask why he didn't show up twice, and was told it was windy the day before my first appointment and is behind schedule. First it was a flat tire, now it's wind? Keep your story consistent. Call or text your customers to let them know if you can't make an appointment, Matt. Seems like common customer service courtesy to me. If you decide to use Crown Town, I would advise calling the day of your scheduled service to make sure they plan on showing up or need to reschedule.
