They did awesome installing the siding on my house, but now I have a problem with 1 piece of the siding coming loose , & Ben called & said he would be out , but he is a NO SHOW, Ive left messages 8-10 times with no response!!! So if you think there might be a problem, dont use them!!!! Thank you Ben for being a NO SHOW on fixing a little problem Mike

I've used Claymark to replace windows in two different homes. I've also used them to do siding on four homes. They have proven to be honest in their dealings and completely reliable before and after the sale and the installation. Their crew cannot be beat for making a home look great. Check the alignment of the vinyl as you round a corner. It's spot on. Would recommend them over and over again. Sometimes Ben is a little slow responding but it's usually just because he's extremely busy. He has never failed to call me back based on the urgency I put on the message.

Ben came out to our house over a month ago. He said everything we wanted to hear, a great salesman. We said we wanted to get the work done ASAP. He assured us he would have us a quote in *2* days and could have the work completed in a month. I have yet to hear from him. I have called 4x and have not received a call of any kind. Horrible communication and wont stand by their word.

We had a few issues after installation, but claymark took care of it right away. I'm happy over all.

Update: Apparently the only thing that gets Ben's (owner) attention is a negative review. Several weeks ago I left a negative review and then Ben called me the very next day. On the phone Ben was very apologetic and blamed his co-worker for the lack of follow-thru in providing a bid for work on my home. He was friendly and assured me he would personally come to my home within the next 2 days. Well it's been weeks and I haven't heard from him. He's back to his usual behavior of promising one thing and then not keeping his commitments. Unfortunately, I've learned that this is standard procedure for Ben and Claymark Homes. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to take care of your siding, windows and other home care needs. Ben will surely disappoint you. Working with Ben Hansen (owner) has been a terrible experience. He repeatedly breaks commitments for scheduled work and to come out to provide a bid. Then you don't hear from him at all. I've left repeated messages just trying to get some work done and Ben doesn't respond. When I do finally talk to him, he's really smooth and nice on the phone but then he never follows through with his promises. I encourage anyone to find another contractor. Ben and Claymark Homes will disappoint you.
