Amazing Siding & Windows

We ordered 23 windows from Marvin windows and their contractor, Amazing siding applied the finish and installed them. Now finish is peeling off 5 of the windows. Marvin says it’s Amazing siding problem and won’t fix windows unless we pay additional $5,000. Amazing siding will not return any of our calls or emails. Stay away!!! Horrible customer service.

Caution! Remember Lifetime warranty is not a lifetime warranty they will not stand behind their products and will find a way out! This company left me hanging after spending over $50k with them! Be careful proceed with caution! My fault for not realiziing the signs they will haggle with you, meaning will not fufill agreements. Put everything in writing and still did not matter. I was shorted in our agreement. I share to others, Buyer Beware.

Have called at least 6 times in the last 3 months (and have gone to their office) to have repair done on a previous amazing siding job. Always told they will call me next day . Have never received a return call. Also filled out warranty claim on line and again no return calls. I'd give them a zero if I could.

Terrible company!! They didn’t pay their garage door bill which resulted in me not getting any warranty with my brand new garage door!!

This whole experience has been awful! When installed a year ago, we were promised things when signing paperwork by the guy who came by in the beginning. We could barely get them to bring us the paint that matched the siding to paint the concrete! Other things that were promised were not given. So buyer beware! Then came installation, which was done way later that originally promised. And the people who installed the siding were nice, but we never saw anyone overseeing their work, or checking it at the end.... Nothing. Just some random crew (who by the way, now tell us that amazing siding didn't pay them and is taking them to court as well) Now..... A year later, a piece of siding came off 3, yes 3, months ago and they still have not come to fix it! Plus about 4 warped pieces!! We have called numerous times, and keep getting excuses about poor previous management, and working as hard as they can. Much longer and we will be taking them to court if this continues. Stay away!!!!
