My appointment was set using the on-line app. It was easy to use. The service rep, ( George) was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful, explaining options and providing choices, where available.

Dropped off a set of wheels and tires, at 7AM to have new tires installed. I also brought in new TPMS service kits to have installed. It took Nick two days to get the tires replaced and TPMS kits installed. Two FULL days! On top of that, initially he told me hed have them done by end of day one. No contact with me after day one. Morning of day two, I called early and talked to Nick again and he said he would have them done by 11AM on day two. Finally at the end of day two, he called to say they were finished and ready to pick up. I paid the bill and Nick conveniently did not give me a hard copy of the invoice. I got home and reviewed the invoice he emailed to me only to find he charged me for TPMS service kits and never told me; mind you, I gave him new kits when I dropped everything off at the shop. I called Nick back to ask why he charged me for the kits and he paused, thought for a moment and said oh yeah, your kits were the wrong onesI think I have your kits here at the counter if you want to come in and pick them up. I hung up on him. What joke of a Firestone service center. Terrible customer service, terrible customer communication and terrible turnaround. If they screwed me out of $20, imagine what they will do to you (and never tell you). Thanks Nick, Ill never visit another Firestone service center again.
