        Prices are fair, the items were organized well. My only feedback would be to maybe limit the amount of people in the sale at once. Was just at a sale where it seemed like about 100 people were in a pretty small house, there was barely room to turn around.

Care is taken to protect the house from the large flow of traffic. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to liquidate an estate, or to get a fair deal on second hand items!

      Katie, I am so sorry we couldn't earn a 5 star review with you. Our fiestaware sale in Overland Park had an almost overwhelming response from the estate sale & collector community. If we could have predicted such a large turnout, we would have notified people beforehand that entry would have to be limited. It makes me happy to hear that you appreciated our prices and organization! We made it through that first hour and a half without any problems or major issues, and the rest of the day was smoooooth sailing! Thanks again for your feedback. Hopefully, we can earn a 5 star review from you in the future!
