If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I would not recommend them to sell anything for anyone. Buying from them is one thing, contracting them to sell your items is another. Don't do it. I have never seen a business run this dysfunctionally in my life. Missed appointments - several actually - a contract that doesn't really mean a thing, as they will do as they wish & you will be left powerless to try to remedy it. My 52 -year-old husband is a career teacher of over 25+ years. This man has the patience of a saint. Our 'after-sale' meeting was filled with insulting vile comments directed towards my husband and me. So bad that my husband had to get up and walk out to try to calm himself. He was able to go back in only to have the same directed at him again. Our items were #$@%, we didn't know what we were doing, we needed to never ever try to sell antiques, collectibles or refreshed goods ever, our items were so bad that we made them lose money, we were a waste of his time, the insults were endless. Then after being insulted thoroughly, my husband asked if he could take our unsold items back. We have a charity that we use regularly. He was screamed at again and told that they had to pay someone to cart the unsold goods off to dispose of. We couldn't even take them and they were OURS, to begin with. Then to add insult to injury, we were charged various exorbitant sums of money for fees that were subtracted from our sale total. These fees were not specified in the contract with a percentage or flat fee amount listed. Some were not even mentioned in the contract at all. Since this horrible experience with them, we have learned that they have done this to others as well. Prior to contracting them to sell our items, we had a very successful business of several years selling our goods in the West Bottoms of Kansas City. The only reason we contracted with them in the first place was fully a result of my current health status. We needed to downsize to focus on my health. I do not wish any of what we endured at their hands on anyone. No one should have to deal with such an unprofessional & rude business.
