I'm giving this newly renovated community five stars because when I tell you they really did a number on these, they did! They used to be ran down and sorta raggedy looking (my friend's daughter stayed here with her boyfriend after running away from home where she had it made at) the ppl who lived here looked like drug heads nd it was all sorts of criminal activities going on plus ppl would have things all on the porch etc. When I went to the website I couldn't believe my eyes! Jus hope they dnt start to move any and everybdy in without doin charector references. Wow I'm impressed...

they have been really helpful now have a text line instead of calling them if you wish seem to response in a timely manner.Are currently updating all the apartments with the latest adminty's.

The new apartment owners are garbage. They jacked up rent prices but turned down the hot water thermostat to save money, now you can only take Luke warm showers, they come into your apartment with no notice, theyll leave your doors unlocked if youre not there, they wont fix your heater when it breaks in the winter, tell you we cant fix it, our maintenance team isnt trained, its too expensive to hire outside help. DO NOT RENT HERE, there are plenty of other better places worth paying this kind of money for. Any 5 star reviews you see of this place were either from before the new owners, or theyre being paid to leave a 5 star review, they offered us $50 to leave a 5 star review for them, we refused, they bribe for their ratings to go higher because they know how bad they are.
